The Book is the wine selection organized by Veronafiere. Held every year before Vinitaly, 5StarWines is a three days tasting that puts the spotlight on all the wineries investing in the improvement of their wines. A jury of highly qualified wine professionals from all over the world is in charge of tasting and assigning a vote in cents to the participating wines.
