2025 marked Sanfeletto’s first century of winemaking history.
Over these one hundred years, the company’s philosophy has always been to stand out through a constant pursuit of excellence in its sparkling wines, preserving their ability to express the extraordinary qualities of the grapes grown in this territory.
This approach is rooted in deep respect for the raw material, with interventions kept to a minimum so as not to alter the authenticity and natural characteristics of the grapes.
All of this is made possible by an integrated management process from vineyard to bottle, the use of the most advanced oenological technologies, and the unique expertise of winemaker Paolo, who brings more than 40 years of experience in the sparkling winemaking of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco.
