SPARKLING WINE

Residual sugar: 4 g/L   11.5%Vol  0,75 L

Obtained from a blend of grapes constituted predominantly of Glera plus other local white-berry varieties. Once matured, it goes through the second fermentation for a period of 40/50 days at low temperature, after which the sugar is almost completely exhausted. The result is a sparkling wine resolutely dry, where the floral and fruity notes and bread crust aroma are woven together. It’s excellent as an aperitif and along with the whole meals, paired with pureed soups, raw, baked and grilled fish, white meat and poultry.
