The late harvest, the quick cold maceration of the
crushed grapes and the extremely slow fermentation
during the cold Winter months gift this wine a unique
and intriguing personality. Slightly pétillant, as
tradition dictates, Gastaldo features rich floral and
fruity aromas and a fresh and acidic flavor, with a
peculiar almond aftertaste. It is magnificently paired
with delicate first courses, white meat and fish.
