It stands out for its fluent perlage endowed with an elegant bouquet, that reminds of wisteria, unripe apple, white-pulp fruit and eventually, is superseded by an intense and pleasant citrus note. A predominant sensation of fresh acidity catches palate, with a dry and balanced flavour. The modest residual sugars pass almost unnoticed.
